• We offer exchanges for eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

• Customers are required to courier the product to our return address for exchange or return.

• Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Products purchased during clearance or special sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.

• A Parcel Opening Video is mandatory for any claim regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect products.
