Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Orders placed using the ₹99 Advance Payment + Cash on Delivery option require a non-refundable ₹99 advance to confirm the order.

If the customer cancels the order after confirmation or refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery, the ₹99 advance will not be refunded.

If the order is cancelled due to an issue from our side (such as stock unavailability or incorrect product), the ₹99 advance will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
